Exchange Policy

Pearled Out Para will happily accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused merchandise for exchange. In addition to exchanges, Pearled Out Para offers store credit for full priced items only. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email within five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise.

The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep in mind that any new item ordered as an exchange will not be shipped until we receive the original purchase in the original condition. While we appreciate your business, we have a strict exchange-only policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products.

The Following Items are Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Items that show evidence of wear
• Personalized or customized items
• Sale priced items

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Prices, Quantities, Styles and Colors

All prices are subject to change without notice.  All merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of ordering.  Pearled Out Para reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics.  All orders are subject to availability. Seller cannot guarantee variances in color, shade, size, or construction of merchandise.  Seller hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for particular purpose.

Notice of Defects

Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt.  Customer shall notify Seller in writing to i[email protected] within 5 DAYS of Customer’s receipt of the merchandise of any claims for damages resulting from delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification.

Under no circumstances will Seller accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner.  Unless directed otherwise by a customer experience representative, all damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to Pearled Out Para to receive credit.
